Cities Across Pakistan: Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days.

Please note that deliveries may be delayed during sale periods, natural disasters, strikes, extended public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information, allowing you to track your order.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

At CBH, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a smooth process, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges can be requested within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
• The original sales invoice is mandatory for all exchange requests.
• Products that have been used are not eligible for exchange, refunds, or claims.
• Sale and promotional items are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or claims.
• Accessories are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Refund Policy

• Customers may request a refund within 4 working days of purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging and all tags are attached.
• The original sales invoice is mandatory for all refund requests.
• Used products are not eligible for refunds.
• Once a refund request is approved, the refund processing procedure typically takes 5–10 working days.

Service Warranty and Repairs

• Footwear comes with a one-month free service warranty.
• After the one-month warranty period, repair services will be chargeable.
• Sale and promotional items are not covered under the service warranty.
• Used products are not eligible for claims under the exchange or refund policy.
• The processing time for claims and repairs is 15 working days.

Online Order Cancellation Policy

In the event that a customer cancels an order after completing an online payment without providing a valid reason, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply.

CBH reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments.

If an order has already been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent with tracking information.
